Conditions of Entry at Heffron Centre
To ensure a pleasant and secure environment for all our members and guests, please take a moment to review our venue conditions of entry.

The venue is under CCTV Surveillance at all times
Our Venue
- Inappropriate, foul language and aggressive behaviour are not permitted.
- Please respect the rights of others and our staff.
- Facility operators reserve the right to refuse entry for any reason.
- Medical Conditions: If you have any disease, illness, injury, or medical condition, it is recommended you speak with your GP or staff prior to using our facilities.
- Waiver and Release of Liability: Please acknowledge that when you are on the premises, both your property and person shall be at your own risk and shall not hold the centre or its employees liable for any personal injury or loss of property which may arise from any cause.
Courts
- Children under the age of 10 years MUST be closely supervised by an adult (16 years and over).
- Please wear suitable attire, closed shoes (no black sole shoes).
- No chewing gum, food or alcohol is permitted.
- Spectators are not permitted to enter onto the courts during play under any circumstance.
- For your safety and to enhance your workout experience, we strongly advise all court users to:
- Warm-Up: Engage in at least 5-10 minutes of light exercise or stretching before starting your workout. This helps to prepare your muscles and reduce the risk of injury.
- Cool-Down: Spend 5-10 minutes cooling down and stretching after your workout. This aids in muscle recovery and helps prevent soreness.
- No pets or animals are permitted in the venue, with the exception of guide dogs.
- Abusive, disruptive or offensive behaviour and language are not permitted at any time.
