April School Holiday Sports Camp!

Starting April 15th - April 26th with before and after care available from 7:30am and until 4:30pm

(Before and after care is available each day 7:30-9am & 3-4:30pm)

• Thursday 25 April: Not available due to ANZAC DAY 
• Friday 26 April: 9am-3:00pm

Pricing 

• $75.00 - per day per child
• $15 - Before/ After care per 1.5hr session

Supervision Policy 

• All our staff are registered to the working with children check verification service, and undertake a National Police Check prior to employment.
• At drop off you must sign your child in.
• At pick up you must sign your child out.
• Please inform our staff if the pick-up parent will be different to the drop off.

What to wear/ bring

We recommend you wear sporty, comfortable clothing. The centre is air-conditioned but we do anticipate your child will work up a sweat. Please ensure your child has a water bottle, and food for the day. No jewellery or hats recommended.

FAQ's

1. Do we need to book in advance?
   Booking in advance via the Active World App is advised as the booking process takes around 5 minutes, we can take walk ins (availability permitting). 

2. Can I leave my child unattended?
   Yes, we have dedicated sports coaches who will care for your child during the holiday camps. We do ask that parents remain off the courts outside of pick up and drop off hours.

3. Is the Holiday Camps for all ages?
   Ages between 5-12

4. How much does it cost?
   $75 per day

6. Is there Parking?
   Yes, the Centre has free all-day parking directly outside including accessible parking options 

7. Are there toilets at the facility?
   Yes, we have toilet, baby changing, and changing room facilities 

8. Is food and drink available?  The café will be open, and at reception we have a variety or drinks and snacks options available.
9. How do I know there will be space for me? We have a large indoor area and maximum capacity of 40 children per day, call us prior to enquire or if you need help to book your child in 02 8374 1042. 
10. How do I book before / after care? Before and after care bookings need to be done over the phone or in centre.

Terms & Conditions 

1. All parents agree to the court conditions of entry, which can be reviewed upon entering the facility and will be sent upon confirmation.
2. Bookings are non refundable, we do allow a transfer of dates due to illness with a medical certificate supplied.
